I'm trying to sleep and there are days where mt anxiety gets so much worse at night time but all of a sudden I feel like even though I have friends in my life, that i don't have anyone?!
It's just a sudden feeling of loneliness that's hit me and I actually feel like i have noone lol.

Anyone else ever feel this way, or am I the only one?
I don't know I've just felt like, I don't have anyone I can actually talk to about things... it's just hit me and made me feel so worried and lonely and upset!

I feel like this all the time. You're not alone. Do you have any idea what makes you anxious or makes it worse?

It feel so great to see other people can relate!
I honestly think it whens I'm on my own, in the day I can keep myself busy but at night when I come to bed and when its dark outside my mind just consumes me!

I think our minds just like to play games lol!
We're not alone!
Thank you x

You're certainly not alone! Being alone with your thoughts can be so, so difficult to contend with, speaking from my own personal experience.

I'm not a professional, but what sometimes works for me is to keep my mind busy; imagining a story, walking myself around a familiar location, trying to recall information from a textbook, even just trying to think of nothing.
As long as your mind is fixated on something, you may be able to keep those thoughts at bay.

Everyone is different, but that's my rule of thumb and its managed to cut down from what was once a nightly occurrence, to far less common. I know it sounds basic and probably won't work, but I feel that if I know anything that could help anyone going through the same things as myself, I have a responsibility to share it.
Stay strong, and just remember you're never alone! This too shall pass, and the storm clouds will clear eventually.

Make your self busy during the day so you feel tired at night and sleep easily
