hi,
I have this idea where I would create a website where students and young adults would learn life skills through videos.
the topics would range from financial education to cv/ cover letter advice as well as other workplace skills. it would also include social skills like how to spot bias in today's media/confidence/motivation and finally things such as how to revise for exams and many more.
this would be a free service but ppl would be happy to donate.
thoughts on this business idea???

do you think it's a good idea. some people say why can't they just go on YouTube when necessary. but my thinking is that the whole point is that it is convenient, and we would work with schools to integrate it into the school curriculum

Yeah it sounds brilliant. What would costs and stuff like that be?

tbh, as it's a charity I would expect it to be funded through donations. it seems wrong to charge for it.us I want every school to get it.

initial funding could come from Kickstarter or something
then throughout anyone can donate at their own free will
it's very early stages, I'm just currently seeing if it's even a good idea

or I could try and charge schools for it but some are on tight budgets so that doesn't seem fair either.

that makes sense. It's a really good idea. We need more people to come up with things like this to help people
