What prompted you to lose weight?

What prompted you to lose weight?

Physical health implications of being very overweight/ unfit.
To expand on that I would get very out of breath walking up stairs.
It also made me feel very miserable about myself.

I had a far easier time loosing weight than other people. So I am lucky.

I was previously on a medication that significantly decreased my metabolism/ increased appetite. Similar to the effect of steroids.
As soon as I discontinued the drug I rapidly lost the weight.

I also used weight watchers.

I also used weight watchers, but I thought it was really toxic TBH.
Alot of other people using it would barely eat for days, then binge.

My BMI is higher than your BMI (according to your thread) x
And I do weightlifting type exercises at the gym 6 times a week.

That’d be why! I only rock climb once a week nowadays.

damn, seriously good progress.

happy you used fat in the title and didn't sugarcoat it and say 'big boned' or 'chubby',
nevertheless, again, sick work.
