Yeah, definitely, as long as you don't exceed 4GB on Vbox, then the host will slow down a bit. I've used Vbox on 6GB RAM

It's okay, but you'd benefit from a better CPU. The 3250U is only a dual core, so you'll only really be able to allocate 1 core to a VM. It'll run better than some of the other laptops you've found, but it won't be an amazing experience. As mentioned before though, at this price you won't get much better without buying used.

Worth noting, you'll have to switch from Windows 10 S to regular Windows 10 before you can install VirtualBox, since it's not available on the Microsoft Store.

But then it's out of stock as well so...
