I had some a year or so ago and ended up with a rash and my mouth felt like it was on fire.
The outdoor allergies I found out during an allergy test, it was one of the first things my doctors checked for when I developed my chronic cough. That was 5 or 6 years ago.

Lol should have probably mentioned it's not a life-threatening allergy but I still feel awful either way, mentally and physically.

But I'm glad to know, good to strike things off my diet to feel better.

Oh thank god
I'm really sorry to hear that you go through that it can really be hard to make such rapid changes to your lifestyle but I'm sure you can work through it, and it feels better to know that you are not alone :console: I'm here if you ever want to talk to someone about it (even though I'm probably not the best person to speak to about this sort of stuff lol)
Have you considered talking to a dietician about this too? :goodluck:

Nope I'm pretty diet savvy anyway so it's just a matter of switching a few things around which I've already done, thanks for the replies
