My neighbour lives in a council flat, only their son works. They now have four cars, I can't park near my house due to them having four cars. How do they afford that? Due to them living in a council tax, if they want to buy it they will get a massive discount on their flat which is very unfair. Also my neighbour has recently got married and this means there is now four people in a two bedroom flat, is this legal? Should I report them for benefit fraud and for being overcrowding?

How is them having four cars something to report?

Why can four people not live in a two bedroom house?

Where is the fraud??

Do you have your own parking spaces? If not then it’s merely an annoyance-nothing the council can do about it...

you would need evidence really to prove it otherwise if there wasn't any claim to your statement, you'd have wasted police time, and made enemies for life with your neighbours

Ask them to not park near your house and if they give you an aggressive response then report them all you can.
