i am applying to human sciences at oxford, and continually get around the 65 mark on the tsa; would this be good enough to get in/get an interview for the university. And what can i do to improve since it seems whatever i do i can never get above this mark?

I don't know how you can improve, but 65 is around average. You'd ideally want a bit higher to sure up your chances but plenty of people get interviewed with a score of 65. See more here:

Work out why you are not scoring higher and then work on that.

Eg
- Do you run out of time? => Time yourself for each question and learn to recognise time consuming questions. See if there are techniques for anwering the question quicker such as only evaluating available options. (Say only 5 months are possible answers of the 12 months) Sometimes it can help to work back from the possible answers.
- Is it the critical thinking or problem solving questions you lose more marks on? => Try and work out why you got the question wrong. See if there is someone that can help you such as a teacher.
