I was wondering who you call on a professional level if someone is actively expressing suicide or self harm intent? If the risk is high?

Oh sorry. Therapists usually get therapy aswell but call 999

999 of they are expressing serious suicidal intentions. I.e if it sounds like they actually have a plan.
