How long does it take the University to respond to a request from TFL?

I made application for an 18+ Student Oyster on September 18, but still the status “ We are waiting for your education establishment to approve your application” Thank you

Contact the uni and ask or try their facebook. Considering they will be very busy at the moment + cv19, then it might take them longer, but only they can tell you.
