Working while doing an MRes at RCA

As per the title, I would like to apply to do an MRes (Product design) at the RCA. I had also been very interested in a couple of their taught masters but even with the gov loan i would still have around 13k to cough up which puts it a long way out of reach!
I'm hoping to hear from others who have done a masters at the RCA about whether they were able to continue any kind of employment during that time, and how feasible it is to work part time while doing a masters at the RCA full time?
I already work freelance and make a reasonably good day rate, so I could just about survive provided i could squeeze 16-24 hours of paid work in a week, but I also really want to commit 100% to the course.
So.. is it possible to commit fully to a masters at the RCA while spending that sort of time working a week?

Hello, I know this is a really old post but I was wondering how you got on in the end? I am looking at doing the same thing. Hopefully you see this!
