I study A Levels; Spanish, French and Philosophy. At university I would like to study french and Spanish. In the future I would love to live in Spain as I’m already spanish. However, I would like to be a secondary school teacher teaching English. Will it be possible as I’m not studying English literature ?

As long as you'd be teaching English as a foreign language, I can't see why that wouldn't be fine! https://www.gooverseas.com/teach-abroad/spain
