I applied earlier this year for September entry, but had to decline my offers. Can I make another UCAS account and application for 2021 admissions cycle? Please help. It's urgent.

You can absolutely apply again, don't worry- but use the same account, you don't need to make a new one
I'm sorry I don't understand. I can't adjust the 2020 application, but was reading online that I can't make a second UCAS application in the same year so I've registered for 2021 Apply.
