I used a plagiarism detector to analyse my personal statement but now I am worried that the site will copy my content and publish. Does UCAS detect such thing. I am a lot scared

I highly doubt it will, but make sure you are more careful in the future anyway so it doesn't give you angst

if you sent your application off relatively quickly then they will be copying you if they used your personal statement for another candidate
