Does anyone need student accommodation in Newcastle?
My brother was planning to study at Northumbria University, he got accepted even though he got only 85 in the Duolingo test, but after arriving in UK, he changed his mind because his English skills were not good enough for that course, and the cost of living was too high.
He made a contract with Fresh Student Living for accommodation in Newcastle and he didn't read through the contract well enough, not knowing that the only way to cancel the contract is to transfer it to another tenant.
It costs 516 GBP per month. The contract is until September 2021. Is there anyone who would be interested in it, perhaps?
