Finding software engineering difficult

did my first session of software engineering, it was a 4 hour slot in the uni and I am finding difficult, not sure what to do shall I stick with it for a couple weeks to see how I do?

Probably best not to give up after your first session, that sort of approach won't get you anywhere. If you're struggling now, work out where you need to put in extra effort.

Ultimately it's really your choice to make of course, and strangers on the Internet shouldn't play a part in telling you to drop out or not.
