I managed to get full marks on a test but I still felt like I could do better, even though I physically couldn't get any better on that test? Does anyone else experience this or have any advice on how to sort this out so I can be satisfied with my grades and stop thinking I can do better when it's not possible? No one seems to understand why I think this way and think I'm being selfish, but I genuinely don't feel pleased with any of my grades, no matter how good they are and I'm unsure why. It's starting to annoy me. Any advice?

Lot of wasted energy. I think its anxiety without reason and you cant swithc off.
Makes no sense though because all the worrying and fretting you do above getting the best grade is counterproductive and 100% wasteful.
No harm in getting or aiming for the best grades, but you overdo it and make yourself miserable. More study or pressure is not always a good thing, but that doesnt seem to compute with you. Ut wont be long when exams get harder you wont be ale to get 100%. You will also look bback on the time and realise you wasted a lot on worrying having fun or having friends. Its a choice you make.

Might be parental expectations, might eb youve decided thats the only way to validate yourself.
