i’m handing in my notice tommorow but i’m having to give two weeks notice as it’s stated in my current contract. I do have another placed lined up waiting for me. however, say for some reason the current company tell me i don’t have to work the 2 weeks, is it bad to tell my new company that i am just so i can have 2 weeks off rather then going from one place to another in less the literally 24 hours? is that bad?
