I only do 1 related science related to marine biology (A level biology) and I was wondering if it was worth doing an EPQ for Geography to add extra points for university?

I don't see why you can't. A lot of students use an EPQ to show their advanced interest in other areas. It's like an educational hobby. It's fine to do one in Geography if that's a subject you would love to do further research on. However, if you're looking at it from the angle of strengthening your application, it makes more sense to do an EPQ in biology. But if you don't think you can do a good EPQ in biology, then, don't do it or you'll end up with a bad score. Rather, stick to Geography and do well on it because at the end of the day, admissions officers will recognize how difficult an EPQ is, and how much work you put into it.

Another thing you could do to assuage all your fears is to do an EPQ that combines both subjects to cover both goals. Marine biology and even general biology are more related to geography than expected. For example, try research into various areas of oceanography. Oceanography deals with marine geology, biology, physics and chemistry. You could focus on the biological aspect. The connection between marine biology or general biology and oceanography deals with the formation of oceans, the characteristics of various oceans, how and why certain marine life are found there. Other topics include how ocean currents affect the formation and location of marine flora. If you want to go from a human geography aspect, you can study how pollution eradicated a certain marine lifeform or the potential extinction of a specie by excessive fishing. You can google relations between marine biology and geography for further information.
