ALL applications made before that date are treated exactly the same with no priority for 'early applicants'.
If you apply after the January deadline, many courses may be closed to any further applications and you'll be rejected, so dont leave it too late.
Its a good idea to get your application sent off before the start of December - you'll probably get some offers before Christmas, and you wont have the pressure of getting an application finished over the holiday period.
