Hi!

There's some more information about the Roles and Responsibilities Form at https://www.keele.ac.uk/medicine/und...sions-overview - just scroll down until you see the tab 'Roles and Responsibilities Form (Work Experience) and click on that.

It looks as if you get a link to the form once you have submitted the initial stages of your application. There is also a link to a draft form for 2021 on this webpage, as well as some guidance notes for completing the form.

If you need any more assistance with your application - or are unsure of any of the steps you need to take, you can chat to Julie Molyneux, the Admissions Manager for the School of Medicine, via UniBuddy - her profile link is https://api.unibuddy.co/og/keele-uni...c9093b39c50f73.

You can also contact our medical admissions team via email on [email protected]

Hope that helps!

Hi Sweet122!

It's great that you have applied to Keele!

You'll get sent a link to the form once you have submitted the initial stages of your application. There is also a link to a draft form for 2021 on our application website at https://www.keele.ac.uk/medicine/und...sions-overview - just scroll down until you see the tab 'Roles and Responsibilities Form (Work Experience) and click on that - as well as some guidance notes for completing the form.

You can also contact our medical admissions team via email on [email protected]. And if you have any other questions, just drop a message here or chat to one of our student buddies at https://www.keele.ac.uk/study/chat/

Hope that helps!
