I'm trying to mark the personal statement section of my UCAS as complete I've both saved and previewed my statement and the statement is not over the character or line limit but it still wont let me mark it as complete. Has this happened to anyone else? Is there something I'm not doing right?

This is what the page looks like when I click preview, nothing really changes as behind the scribble is the personal statement builder. Also none of the personal statement is cut off and nothing seems missing.

You could ring UCAS and see if they can work it out if it says that it is within the limit
