It doesn't work like that. Going to X uni does not guarantee you'll be paid more or have better job prospects. Of course a student at Oxbridge is likely to end up better off than a student at a low tier uni, but the difference there is in student, not university. Someone capable of graduating from Oxbridge would likely end up in a good position even if they'd gone to a lower ranked university.

Instead of focusing on salary, go to a uni that is in line with what you want to do. CompSci is broad, and there are a lot of different paths you could take. Look at which unis will put you in the right direction and focus on building your skills. Strong candidates have better salary prospects, not graduates from X uni.
