I'm not sure why you think they wouldn't consider you, what do you think the issue is?
Depends on the uni and subject.
Unless you've done other stuff during the extra years and have extenuating circumstances, it's unlikely for courses at Oxbridge. But it really just depends on where you apply, as each uni and each department have different policies on how long ago A-Levels had to be taken and how many years they took to achieve.
