Is this a suitable Geography NEA question?

So I'm starting my geography NEA, and the question I'm think of doing is "To what extent has regeneration in Lincoln City Centre changed it's identity". I've struggled thinking of a question and I know I want to look at regeneration. I fee like this would be a difficult question to measure and evaluate but time is running out for my question proposal so does anyone have any advice for my question

I've thought of possibly saying "impacted identity" rather than "changed identity", because change might be too wide a time scale
