I’ve had them for a month and suddenly it started hurting the bottom of my mouth. What do I do?

try and arrange an appointment with your ortho and tell him/her

I went today to get them expanded they chopped some acrylic of but it still hurts.

is it sharp wear they chopped it, if so go back and ask them to file down the sharp parts

ive had twin blocks for around two weeks now and Its made my face look fat and ugly. I want to know that if I continue with this treatment will I look like this forever? please help
