Hi all,
I have been having problems with breathing through my nose for years now. I breathe through my mouth at night and constantly feel like I have a blocked nose. I've been putting off visiting the doctor for a while but now I want to get this problem sorted.
I would be hoping to get a septoplasty, I just want the issue fixed and I'm not bothered about the cosmetic side. I understand that the NHS is overwhelmed at the moment so I expect that it may take some time to see a ENT specialist. I am curious if anyone would know the answer to the following question -
If a took out Bupa healthcare now and visited my doctor in December. Would that fast track my appointment to see an ENT specialist as it would be done via bupa or would it still be a similar wait time e.g 20 weeks through the NHS.
Any help would be great.
Best,
Connor
