I have a serious toothache and sore cheekbone

I couldn't even go to sleep with a toothache, gum being sore and my right cheekbone is very sore, hurting.

I haven't been punched or nothing.

Should I take a paracetamol?
Paracetamol will only alleviate your pain symptom, it won’t solve the root problem. If you have a toothache, especially if it’s keeping you up at night, you need to book an appointment with your dentist as soon as possible.

Ok thanks.

The paracetamol has reduced the pain significantly after an hour of taking it. I will book a dentists appointment. I have quite bad tatar if that's what the brown /yellow hard stuff behind the tooth is called.

Will a dentist cost me?

Will a dentist cost me?

It depends on your age and whether you’re eligible for financial help from the NHS.

Thanks and I am 31.

The pain in my top tooth, gum is coming back again and also my bottom jaw bone and cheekbone. Maybe there is bacteria around.

The bottom gum by the tooth is paining too much, when I brush, the bottom of the teeth is bleeding a bit,
