Finance or Dentistry // Choosing A levels

Hi! I’m currently looking at picking my A level options, and I’m a bit confused. I was initially thinking of taking Maths, Further Maths, Economics and either Geography or a Science. I’m interested in either studying Finance or Dentistry in the future and these are clearly two very different degrees.

I’d want to study finance because math is one of my favourite subjects, I also enjoy subjects like IT and Business a lot so I think that it would be something I’d enjoy. But then I’ve always wanted to study dentistry, it’s just always been something that I’ve been interested in, but these two degrees are both so different and require different subjects so I’m not sure what to pick for my A levels because I don’t want to have any regrets. :’(

What degree do you think is better (in your opinion) and will be more useful in the future?
What A levels do you suggest I take?
What do you suggest I do?

Thank you so much!

why don't you take maths, economics, biology and chemistry? this will leave you open for both courses - i don't think you need further maths to apply to finance anyways. If you choose to go to dentistry, you can drop maths/economics and if you choose to go into finance you can drop biology/chemistry.

i take maths and economics and they are great subjects to take..i recommend
