How much sweets do you eat in a week or day? What sweet things do you like in particular?For me it is baked goods such as cake or doughnuts.

OMG me. All I eat is cake, chocolate and custard. Literally, everyone in my entire family knows how much I love milkshakes and cake, and they go out to like the cake shops or like Starbucks before they come to my house and give me it.....My mum has stopped buying because she thinks I will get fat but lmfaooo I am still a twig.

I am worried about the potential health problems from eating so much sugar but I can't seem to be able to eat in moderation and can't satisfy my cravings.

Stop buying! That is all you can do. Or eat like a really healthy meal and as a treat have a small amount of something you like! If not, just small bits every few hours or so.

I am a chocoholic and big fan of sugar filled goodies, allow myself a limited supply each month.
Caramel shortbread, chocolate guinness cake, cherry bakewells, fudge, gingerbread, gateau and most type of chocolates.
Before the pandemic, I used to buy some subway's white chocolate chip & macadamia nut cookies.
Adore the taste of cherryade, strawberries&cream, coca cola and vanilla milkshake too.

gradually cut the amount you each day rather than going cold turkey..., or eat fruit to satisfy the sweet cravings.

have a mango or something
