I saw track update and had offer 3 days ago, but no email from the uni. Is this normal or should I be worried

i got an offer from leeds on ucas track on the 9th and still havent got an email from them, i wouldnt worry

I am also yet to have an email from Royal Holloway and I had an offer on the 7th. I tried emailing them about it but no response...

Sometimes the uni doesn’t email you about your offer.
I know most of mine didn’t back in the day
