But yes, you really should. Your body tells you when you need to drink, but you should make yourself have at least a few glasses of water each day ideally.
You need to look at the colour of your urine. The darker (more yellow) it is the more dehydrated you are. You want to keep it at a light yellow minimum really, nice and clear is what I have usually because I love water.
It is unhealthy and you should not abstain from water drinking for too long.
I've had a couple of glasses of juice throughout the day, but my friend said that I'm just consuming empty sugar by doing that so I should drink water instead
