However early or whatever I do I can never sleep. I’m very anxious about literally anything and the smallest thing keeps me awake at night. I’ve tried breathing exercises, meditation, I’ve tried listening to ebooks, music, lights on and off. But nothing works and my mind stays awake for hours and hours preventing my sleep however tired I am. Hep me please!

Have you tried drawing? Just slowing down and even seeing where the pen takes you can be really relaxing, maybe even try and join the current Inktober for fun! 😊
