Do I Need to Fill Extenuating Circumstances for LSE/Cambridge if Repeated Year 12

Dear All,

I'm trying to understand if I would need to submit an Extenuating Circumstances Form for both LSE and Cambridge if I had to repeat Year 12.
I do have extenuating circumstances as a family member I am very close to was very unwell at the time and it did affect my grades. I changed my A-level subjects between last year and this year (with the exception for Maths) and now have 3 A*s Predicted.
The repeated year is the only blip on my record and I'm very disheartened about the fact it might affect my application for PBS at LSE/Cambridge and have received mixed information about whether I should submit an ECF document from my school, so any help would be terrific!

Thank you all!

Oh, I forgot to add that Mathematics last year was Pre-U, however, I'm now doing an A-Level Maths exam, so I will technically complete all of my A-levels within 2 years.

Thanks!
Its old news. You are retaking Year 12 not the entire A level.
Your referee can mention this in your reference/ Thats all you need to do.
