Hello,

Should I write an open and honest letter about my anxiety?

It's just been getting worse and worse. I need to communicate it to my SEN department at school but I can't do it in words/speech.

Would it be worth it?

Thanks!

Sounds like a great idea - it can be much easier writing things down on paper than having to say them, and hopefully it will lead to you getting some extra help and support. Good luck!

A letter that you burn with a match or in a fire. Have two copies.
