I'm really interested in a masters in immunology and cancer so which one is more interesting and which one gives you more jobs

A MSc in Cancer will be more specialised, whilst Immunology will cover more conditions/diseases. You may have more choice of modules with the latter than with the former. Employability depends on what kinds of jobs you would be interested in pursuing.
