Not directly, no, but a prospective adoptive parent will be required to have a medical assessment done by their GP, who will provide a report to the agency.

Well in the past back in 2009 I looked on my patient records and it says aggressive behaviour I remember that but I wasn't in a good place back then but I am not and I wasn't able to open up. I have gone through 3 major operations in my life and now have cancer which in all likelihood will affect my fatality. Its not my fault that I have cancer and I want to be a parent somehow
