It's considered HEALTHY to lose 2-3 pounds every week. So to lose 20 pounds in a month isn't really healthy. It is possible but probably not healthy

Firstly, you improve your spelling .
Secondly, you don't lose that much weight in two months. That's absolutely ludicrous. Weight loss should never be done fast - the slower it is, the better it is. You need to be in a deficit. Eat 500 calories less than your maintenance - to ensure a slow, healthy and adequate weight loss process.

40lbs in 2 months is concerning. Why are you aiming for exactly 2 months?
Slow and steady weight loss is best.

Cardio. I suggest you start walking everywhere instead of using bus and car etc. You'll burn lots of calories allowing you to lose a lot of pounds.

For that to occur - they'd need to be in a deficit. It doesn't matter how much "walking" you do.
