Has anyone ever deleted all their social media accounts to focus on A-levels and has it helped at all? I feel like I spend way too much time on them when I first wake up and I'm distracted by my phone when revising.

I didn’t but I put locks on my apps after a certain time! So my apps were locked after 10pm so that I slept and they were locked between 4 and 6 because that’s when I revised!
