A loser here (weight ofcourse)

Hey guys,

Glad to meet you all, according to my trainer I have to intake 1500 calories to lose 2.7kg by Nov 25th, I am 75 kgs atm and looking to lose more weight. I also bought a waist trainer from prowaist and it's working perfectly fine. Looking forward to work on myself more, please share some more tips with me, I am getting married in 6 months and want to lose at least 10 kg before that.

Any tips would be appreciated. I also need help with the calorie intake, like I don't know what produce is of how many calories, as I said, any and all tips will be appreciated.

You should aim to lose 1% of your bodyweight per week, if this isn't happening then reduce your kcals further.
A waist trainer is useless.
