Fee status decision

Hi I need to know what will be my fee status.

Details:
- Dependent of a parent with ILR
- Has Leave to enter/remain BRP status
- Arrived UK at Jan 2018
- Planning to do Mpharm
- Enroute to ILR
- Gap year, entry to sep 2021
- 19 years old
- Not an EU national or from Hong kong
- Never been in UK till Jan 2018

I don't wish to put a financial burden on my parents from how they've already brought me up as an individual. Getting an overseas status will be a blow to my dream of being a pharmacist.
So, I'd like to know what you think the assessment result will be so I can think of other opportunities as I already am, after feeling really depressed.
