I feel so stressed, fed up and tired that the only thing keeping me going is foods high in sugar. I just don't enjoy salads and healthy foods do nothing for my emotional state. I don't know what to do anymore I know I need to eat a healthy diet and all that but I don't enjoy it :/

omg that was me too. i couldn't be bothered or motivated to eat healthy and work out even though i knew i should.

Tbh changing up your diet isn't something can be done so easily it takes gradual steps. And it doesn't have to be salads and the conventional healthy foods you know. If you make a gradual change to introduce some low sugar foods into your diet to replace high sugar and fat foods, it can make a difference.

Also lifestyle is important too so how about you try to add some activity into your routine. With each day working out or even just being active like a walk becomes enjoyable and also makes you feel less stressed and better about yourself.
