Blimey! Okay some people don't need that much, but wtf 3h isn't enough. Aim to get 5-6 at least! Best thing you can do is try and keep consistent bedtime and wake-up time, avoid using phone/screens one hour before bed and absolutely don't use any screens when you can't fall asleep, just wait/go for a walk/read a book instead

Margaret Thatcher, Nikola Tesla, Elon Musk. They all reputedly sleep/ slept at some busy period in their lives for 4 hours or less

True although Thatcher got dementia, Musk has been on the verge of a breakdown for years and Tesla's professors wrote a letter to their parents when it was at uni saying that he would have died if he kept on studying that much....
