Hello, just like everyone else in this difficult time I'm applying for jobs all the time. I appiled for a store assistant position at h&m and I didnt get further into the stages of receiving an online interview and I have experience in employment whereas my younger sister who is 17 appilied and did get the online interview. Anyone know why this might be

Hiii, omg I just got a video interview today !! Have you compared your CV to your sisters? Maybe write more about work experience and the skills it gave you

How did her online interview go? Also another tip is make sure your cv layout is simple and easy to read

I'll have to take a look at her cv, but she only really has school activities and her grades as she is still in college. I was just surprised as I've been previously employed so would have thought I would have got an online interview but didnt.

Perhaps the prefer younger people to pay them less?

River Island, H and M etc all like younger as their easy to train to their standards and cheaper to pay
