Is it possible to get offers back from universities when you still haven’t passed your resit maths (however I still haven’t passed due to the whole COVID situation )

Yes, but they would likely be conditional offers

Add it as a pending qualification for the summer (ie. you know that you will only do that if your Nov retake doesnt work) , and any offer will include that GCSE requirement as a separate condition. IF you pass it this term then you just tell UCAS and the Unis that you now have a new grade, job done.
