basically i emailed a uni because i never received an acknowledgement email from there (for a particular course) whereas everyone for the same course has,, so my parents told me it's best to fill in the enquiry form in order to double check whether the email's been sent to me (as many have said that it ends up in the 'spam' folder and mine is clear, so im fearing that it may have been automatically deleted..)
as i had to give the university my UCAS Number, i am worried that the may think that i am problematic so process my application differently?

It's fine, you won't be emailing anyone who has a part in the admissions decision.
