So basically a girl who was early to school and after a while, there was this teacher that was walking towards the class and they both made eye contact. And the teacher just walk back.

Yeah maybe,

Ask her what?
ask her why the teacher saw her and then walked back. Or maybe it's better to ask the teacher

Also the teacher was part of the Year Team.

He doesn't teach.

The Year Team is a little team of Teachers like the year manager etc. They also help out for the year group they are helping in. The Teacher was in the Year 9 Team and the girl was in Year 9.

welp I think it's best to just leave it be but if you're really curious you should just ask the teacher

She didn't think she should be alone with the child :dontknow:

I volunteered somewhere and the rule was, if the child was alone, not to be alone with a child. I found it a bit over the top and unnecessary but hey.
