I've moved this to the arts forum.

I'd say that depends on how your school runs things and your best bet is to ask your teacher (in person or send an email). I didn't take art GCSE so I can't speak from my own experience, but I do know that there is a separate coursework aspect to Art GCSE.

You need to talk to the art teacher. That is the best person in terms of sound advice.
