On my payment timetable it says my first payment would be between 15th-19th. It has been saying payment scheduled for awhile now. I have not received anything. I thought it might be I applied late, but they got my information back in August, then I thought would the university not contacted them I am attending? I started on October 8th. I contacted each of my tutors to put me down as attending, and they have. What could be the problem here? I can't be the only one with this problem.

Hi Alex,
If your online account under the 'Your Finance' http://ow.ly/hqFS30ptSwp section still states 'Awaiting Confirmation', we require your University to send Confirmation of Registration (CoR) electronically to us. Please ask them to send this through.

We will process this within 24-48 hours of receipt and then your online payment schedule will update, confirming the new payment date. The normal timescale once this is received is up to 5 working days to clear into your bank if a payment is due.

Thanks, Isaac

They should know how to do this as they do it for every student. Perhaps the person you spoke to is not experienced in this.
They can contact us if they need help.
Thanks, Isaac
