I am applying for a Clinical trial researcher. More specifically its working in the stroke area. I meet the requirements for the qualification needed as I have a psychology degree. I do not have any experience, apart from working in retail and in a school setting. I needed help in answering these two questions below. How could I possibly answer it and link transferable skills to it. Please help me.

1) Experience and knowledge of working in a health research or healthcare environment.
2) Are you highly organised and able to work effectively on complex projects and have the ability to prioritise tasks

3) Do you have experience in clinical/stroke studies?
I don't have any experience. How can I apply what I learnt in my degree or how can I express that I am interested in working in this area/specialising.

your help or tips would be much appreciated.

1) In school, you probably had risk assessments to complete which is relevant for healthcare. Same for retail, particularly if you work in meat or produce.

2 Use the STAR technique to answer this. You can pick any situation, it doesn't really matter.

3) State that you've read some online resources (journal papers, science articles etc) and what you learned from them.
