It's not a carbohydrate, it's a triglyceride (fat).

When you hydrolyse it, the ester bonds break and you get glycerol + 3 fatty acids.

It's fully correct!

Though I think you could write
triglyceride + 3 H2O -> glycerol + fatty acid 1 + fatty acid 2 + fatty acid 3, instead of writing the fatty acids one on top of the other, so it looks more like a proper chemical equation, but you would get all the marks
